ALWAYS HIRE THE COMPANY that’s gunna do the work directly or else you’ll end up with the sub contractor who could care less about your roof and your property; happens more then you think especially when your gone to work all day and the roofers are working well your at work!!!

EVERY ROOFING COMPANY ISN'T THE SAME here in Alberta. We require ice and water to be installed in all valleys and along all eves, starter strips around the whole perimeter of the roof, and some of these company’s don’t use either and that’s what makes their quote 1000s cheaper They are literally shorting you on roofing materials and installing roofs that would be upto code in the 90s but no longer in the 2020s make sure you call a reliable contractor that understands and provides you the full system so your roof is upto Alberta Code and can qualify for insurance and warranty say we get a big hail storm or massive winds blowing threw that might cause some of your shingles to blow away; so you don’t have to pay full price directly out of pocket if your roof was just installed in the last few years!!!
