A BEAUTIFUL CAMPGROUNDS right along the Clearwater River and close to miles and miles of ATV Trails. Located 8 KM West of Caroline Ab. Junction of Highway 54 & 22.

OUR GOAL is to provide a great campin experience for everyone. A place where you can relax and get away from day-to-day life. We are ATV & Biker friendly.

RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS. Reservations must be charged to a credit card at the time of booking. Any cancellations must be made 10 days in advance and will be charged a $20 processing fee, no exceptions will be made. Any cancellations within the 10 day window will not be refunded but given the option to rebook, for a different date at no charge. Rebooking will be for same numer of days. If the rebooked dates are cancelled, only the deposit will be returned, no exceptions will be made.

CONVIENCE STORE sells delicious ice cream, gas, diesel, propane, cold beer, liquor, wine, ice, food, beverages, DVD sales, firewood, fishing supplies, camping supplies, fireworks for your nightly entertainment (not at campgrounds), gifts, souvenirs and much more.

WE WOULD LIKE TO WELCOME YOU to the West Country, a place we try our hardest to preserve it so many generation will be able to enjoy it as well. We ask that you respect and follow these rules.

1. Check in time is 3:00 pm - Check out time is 11:00 am (please inform the store for any late check outs).
2. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible to clean up behind their pet immediately. charges for pets will apply if rules are disregarded.
3. Speed limit in the campground is MAX 5 km/h for all motorized vehicles. There are children and animals on the property.
4. No quading within the campground or on the riverbed along the campground, other than exiting to trails and enterinig thereafter. Disregarding of this rule may result in owner being banned from riding ATV on premisis.
5. No Open Garbage. Waste bags must be tied and put in one of the many waste bins/dumptrucks provided, please do not burn garbage or leave it in the firepit.
6. Ouiet hours between 12:00 am and 8:00 am. Please have respect for your fellow campers.
7. 15 amp only. Absolutely no heaters or AC water heaters on propane please.
8. No scavenging of any wiener sticks, kindling or firewood.
9. No fireworks to be set off at this campground.

CAMPING RATES FOR THE SEASON (prices are subject to change, taxes are not included).
1. Power/Water $45 per night, $260 per week.
2. Power Site (15 amp) $40 per night, $235 per week.
3. Unserviced Site $30 per night, $170 per week.
4. Hot Showers available, $20 (refundable key deposit applies). Prices are based on vehicle, one unit and 4 people. Every extra person is $7 to a maximum of 6 people per site.
5. Extras Tents on site are $20 per night. Extra trailers on site are not acceptable.

ALL CABINS are equipped with TV and DVD, kitchenette or double hotplate, dishes, cutlery, pots, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. No running water in the cabins, shower house available with all amenities. A $200 refundable damage/key deposit applies to all cabin rates.
Cabin 1 - $100 day, $500 week.
Cabin 2 - $80 day, $400 week
Cabin 3 - $110 day, $550 week.
Cabin 4 - $90 day, $450 week.
Cabin 5 - $110 day, $550 week.
Cabin 6 (up to 4 people) - $120 day, $600 week.
RV Pudsey(up to 4 people) - $110 day, $550 week.
Park Place (sleeps 4) - $120 day, $600 week.
(All rates are based on double occupancy, except for cabin 6. Each extra person is $10 per night. Children under 2 are free)

CLEARWATER TRADING CO LTD is not responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property. Anyone found disregarding the campground rules, damaging, stealing, or destroying of property will be prosecuted for such and instructed to leave the premisis immediatlely.
